Designers - (Mumbai)

Can you look at a brief and come up with a dazzling layout? Can you make customers want to buy a product because the way it’s presented makes her feel that way?

If so, we have room for you at our global headquarters in Mumbai, where you’ll get a chance to work on our clients from around the world. You’ll learn quickly to create great design across all forms of digital media: cellphone screens‚ search engine result pages, online videos, viral campaigns, downloadable widgets‚ email and interactive banners on popular websites like Yahoo! and New York Times, each with its own ad format and size. We handle sizeable digital advertising campaigns for the likes of Jet Airways‚ HSBC, Sharekhan, Canon and other global marketers.

You should know your digital design tools (Photoshop, Dreamweaver and the like) rather well, and 2-3 years of experience to back you up. You should also have samples of your design work that should blow us away.

Skills:

• A passion for the internet and online marketing, and for creating great design that people can use and appreciate every day.
• A keenness to grow your career in Mumbai
• Web design skills like Photoshop‚ Flash and CSS / HTML / Dreamweaver would be nice but not mandatory. Your ability to think is more important than your knowledge of these tools – we can help you learn the latter. We can’t do much if you’re primarily a Photoshop operator. We need design thinkers, not tool experts.

Your task at hand:

• To generate creative executions that tie with the core communication idea for each client.
• To work with your teammates: Copywriter, Search Marketer, Social Marketer, Search Optimiser and Analyst / Planner to create compelling and result-driving communication for clients.
• To be responsible for all visual communication that expresses the communication needs of the client.
• To continuously change, modify and improve all communications on a client’s behalf to increase response, revenues and profitability on a business.
