Finance Manager - (Mumbai)

You’re entranced by the power of dealing with money matters and you’d like to use this knowledge to make a difference to our organisation. Come and be a team lead for the Finance function at Pinstorm. Not undermining the utility of the function, you will be responsible for strategizing the financial decisions along with some others at Pinstorm. You will then, use your expertise to achieve the company’s wider financial objectives. You will be responsible to manage relationships with vendors, publishers, clients, financial institutions etc in the interest of Pinstorm.

Skills - We're not asking for you to have any fancy qualifications or recommendations. All you need to have is:

• Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning.
• A passion for numbers.
• You’re keen to grow your career in Mumbai.
• You’re a quick learner.
• Have at least 5–8 yrs work experience.
• An exposure to public limited company will be a plus.

Your task at hand:

• End to end daily accounting jobs in relation to branch and subsidiaries, reconciling balance sheets, monitoring cash flows, invoicing, banking.
• Evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities, pricing, competitor analysis.
• Overseeing budgetary control and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of payroll system and payment management systems.
• Maintaining accurate statutory contribution records.
• Preparation of budgetary and financial reports to examine the variances and finding solutions.
• Liaising with the auditors, profession tax officers, provident fund officers and taking care of all financial audits in the company.
• Responsible for providing statistical and financial reports to the management.
• Statutory compliances with government bodies etc.
• To compute the taxation after finalising the companies balance sheet & profit & loss account.
